So where did my journey begin? As a kid my Hero was Evil Knieval and soon as I was old enough I toured the Greek Islands on a Billy Wizz - the Bike that is.

The feeling of freedom and Adventure on two wheels stated a burning passion for Riding so I then purchased my own 50 cc scooter and headed to Amsterdam from the UK and wow! I will never forget the Customs guy's laughing at me asking why I was on tiny bike while everyone was on a GS or V Strom ? I simply replied "It's not the size of the bike it's the size of Adventure that counts".

Since then most of my Career was as a Personal Trainer but due to the Pandemic I decided to become a full-time CBT Instructor. Combining my skills from the Fitness Industry, J&S Accessories and my last job as a Trainer for a major delivery company I can help, guide and advise you with your own unique journey.
